Maddie Susi, APCC
Maddie works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma. Her clients often seek deeper self-understanding and healing from patterns shaped by painful life experiences or survival strategies. She believes healing happens through relationship—both with others and with oneself—and offers a collaborative, emotionally safe space to reflect, feel, and try out new ways of being. Her approach draws from CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Relational-Cultural Therapies, with an emphasis on compassion, curiosity, and the belief that symptoms are meaningful adaptations to lived experiences. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys city walks, sweet treats, reading, and time with her two cats, Jelly and Loopy.
