Who I help:

I work with teens 15+, adults, and couples to strengthen relationships, heal from past or present wounds, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them.

How I help:

My approach blends warmth, humor, and curiosity to help you feel at ease and reconnect with the resources you already have. I draw from attachment theory and DBT to help you feel more secure and fulfilled in your relationships and better equipped to deal with difficult emotions. In our time together, we’ll uncover patterns that may no longer be serving you and help you reconnect with what brings you the most fulfillment and joy.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients have told me that I am warm, relatable, and non-judgmental. I have been told that I am easy to open up to and help my clients feel safe to explore more difficult feelings and experiences.

Off the clock:

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy running, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with my cats. I’m also involved in activism and love exploring the beautiful, diverse neighborhoods of San Francisco.
