Areas of expertise:

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Birth Trauma

  • Depression & Suicidality

  • Perinatal Mental Health (e.g. fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, premature birth)

  • Anxiety

Approach:

I take a holistic and creative approach to therapy, drawing from EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and art therapy. These methods help clients process trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and access deeper self-awareness. I aim to create a space where healing can unfold through both insight and embodied experience.

Who I help:

I work with teens and adults with experiences of trauma. I specialize in working with women with birth trauma and other perinatal issues including miscarriage, fertility challenges, postpartum depression, anxiety, and psychosis.

How I help:

I use a flexible and tailored approach – drawing from techniques including EMDR, Hakomi, mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Art Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients have said that they feel like I “actually care” about them and that I can “handle” or “can take” whatever they bring in. Clients have shared that I am non-judging, easy-to-talk-to and that they feel most “themselves” during our sessions.

Off the clock:

I enjoy meditative practices, sharing home-cooked meals with family and friends, and being in or around the ocean.
