Preferred pronouns: she/her
Areas of expertise:
Trauma & PTSD
Birth Trauma
Perinatal Mental Health (e.g., fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, premature birth)
Depression and Suicidality
Anxiety
Approach:
I use a range of approaches that appreciate the mind, body, and spirit – including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). These methods help clients process trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and access deeper self-awareness. I aim to create a space where healing can unfold through both insight and embodied experience.
“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”
Who I help:
I work with teens (12+) and adults navigating life transitions, relationship issues, and mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I specialize in working with women with birth trauma and other perinatal issues, including miscarriage, fertility challenges, postpartum depression, anxiety, and psychosis.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, down, anxious, disconnected, or facing difficulties that affect your daily life, I'm here to support you. We can work together to help you navigate your unique journey of growth.
How I help:
While it might not always feel this way, I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and experience less suffering in our lives.
I offer a non-judgmental and patient approach to help clients tap into their strengths and deep wisdom – which can help them feel more connected to themselves and others. I treat therapy as sacred healing work – deeply honoring my clients in our collaborative work together. My own healing journey has led me here, and I find it so meaningful to bear witness to my clients – in their eras of challenge, as well as in discovery of more lightness and ease in their lives.
What my clients say about working with me:
Clients have shared that I am easy to talk to, warm, and non-judgmental. Some clients have shared that they have grown to feel more like ‘themselves’ through our work together. Others have said that they appreciate the fact that I actually care about them.
Off the clock:
I enjoy sharing home-cooked meals with family and friends, dance, and being in or around the ocean.
