Approach:

I combine a compassion-focused and direct approach to help you be gentle with yourself while also helping you hold yourself accountable to making the changes you are seeking services for. I believe everyone can heal and have healthy relationships with themselves and others if they are committed to the healing process.

I have lived on the lip of insanity, wanting to know reasons, knocking on a door. It opens. I’ve been knocking from the inside.
— Rumi

Who I help:

I help adults 18+ heal from their past so that they can experience and feel the full spectrum joy of being human. I also work with couples looking to develop deeper intimacy and heal attachment trauma.

How I help:

In working together, I will help you develop ease of access to your internal pharmacy of resources. We will collaborate on finding what evidence-based modalities work for your system at the right time so that you can feel a high sense of agency and safety in exploring unprocessed trauma. We will work together to bring awareness to contracted emotions that are stuck in time, allowing the emotional energy to move to adaptive resolution. Essentially, we will create enough safety in your nervous system to process unprocessed emotions and develop an emotional toolkit for long-term integration.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients describe me as gentle, safe, and attuned. After working with me, my clients describe feeling hopeful, empowered, kinder to themselves, and connected to themselves more deeply than ever. My clients often describe learning the tools to integrate their insights beyond the sessions to live a fulfilling life.

Off the clock:

I love traveling the world, attending healing workshops, and looking at memes on Instagram. I enjoy cozy quality time with my close-knit community. On the weekends, I enjoy ecstatic dancing, walking, yoga, and trying new restaurants in SF.
