Areas of expertise:
Anxiety
Multicultural counseling
Relationship

Women’s health
Approach:
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic theories, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Family Systems theories to provide personalized care tailored to your unique needs.
“The good life is a process, not a state of being.”
Who I help:
I work with adults, including young adults, working professionals, and parents, to navigate anxiety, build self-esteem, and foster deeper connections with themselves and others.
How I help:
I approach therapy with a humanistic, relational lens, viewing each client within the full context of their life experiences. I prioritize creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected—without clinical jargon or expectations to show up in a certain way.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection and collaboration. I partner with clients to understand their strengths, values, and lived experiences, and to co-create meaningful goals together, rather than positioning myself as the expert with all the answers. Drawing from evidence-based practices and strengths-focused perspectives, I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.
As a practicum student completing my Master of Arts in Counseling at Northwestern University, I work under the close supervision of experienced clinicians to provide quality care.
What my clients say about working with me:
Clients often describe me as warm and approachable. They share that our work together feels non-judgmental and supportive, allowing them to show up more fully and authentically.
Off the clock:
I spend most of my time with family—my husband, our three children, and our dog. We love traveling together and experiencing different cultures. With a background in fine arts, I enjoy painting when I have the chance and unwinding with a good book at a local café.
