Who I help:

I work with teens (13+) and adults, helping them process, understand, and heal from life's toughest experiences. I find joy in meeting clients where they are and, as an ally and supporter, assisting them in identifying practical solutions to the issues that bring them into therapy.

Whether you're going through significant life changes, facing work-related challenges or performance issues, dealing with health concerns that impact your daily life, experiencing relationship difficulties, encountering acculturation challenges, or simply feeling a certain way without knowing why or how to explain it, let's work together to find a way through them.

How I help:

I utilize a number of evidence-based treatment modalities in my work and tailor my clinical approach to meet each individual's specific needs. I view the client as an expert in the room and combine practical clinical interventions with psychoeducation to help you learn and discover ways to move forward.

Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you have been in therapy for a long time, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to show up as they are and address the factors that are hindering them from living their fullest and most fulfilling life.

What my clients say about working with me:

Former clients have shared that they felt a quick, therapeutic connection with me and have felt seen, heard, and understood through the process. They have highlighted my ability to listen without judgment and have spoken highly of my balanced approach in providing empathy, psycho-education, and helpful interventions to address a range of presenting concerns.

Off the clock:

What gives me life when I’m off of work is exploring all that San Francisco has to offer, traveling the world, spending time with my wife and doggo, and connecting with myself and others through music and art. I love trying new things, cooking good food, and learning.
