My approach combines psychodynamic therapy with evidence based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness). My goal is always to tailor my approach to the needs of the individual.

Who I help:

I work with adults and adolescents 15+ who are struggling with depression, anxiety,
trauma, and life transitions.

How I help:

I provide a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment to help my clients explore the challenges they face. I help them harness their own strengths in order to remove obstacles to growth and healing. My approach is based on respect and collaboration.

Off the clock:

For self-care, I love listening to music, salsa dancing, going for long walks, watching mystery shows, or just staying in for a quiet day at home.
