Who I help:
I work with adolescents 12 years and older and adults of all ages.
How I help:
I practice client-centered care that takes the many factors impacting an individual’s mental health into consideration. I want my clients to thrive and feel well equipped to face the many challenges of modern life even after our sessions have ended.
