Who I help:

I help teens 15+ and adults create healthy relationships to foster their individual mental health. I also have a passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking support for a variety of issues across family and other community systems impacting their lives.

How I help:

From a place of non-judgment and curiosity, we will work together to co-create a narrative that helps guide you through the challenges you are facing. Cultural humility guides my work.
